Alyssa Brown

Alyssa serves as the Client Excellence Manager at Lodder CPA. She joined the firm in 2015 in an administrative capacity, where her strong work ethic and dedication inspired her to pursue tax preparation through coursework and hands-on experience. This commitment led to her transition into a full-time tax preparation role. Over time, Alyssa advanced into leadership within the Client Excellence function, where she now leverages her extensive customer service experience and tax expertise to address client inquiries, provide technical tax support, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys a busy and fulfilling family life with her husband and five children—exploring the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, shuttling kids to sporting events, and managing the day-to-day adventures of a busy family.
